It all began in the unassuming heartland of Indiana, in the autumn of 2022. Seth Pacey, a man with a passion for flavor and a love for his daughter, embarked on a culinary journey that would transform a simple dream into a thriving restaurant.

His adventure started in a humble 10 by 10-foot tent. With limited space but boundless enthusiasm, Seth began crafting dishes that were as unique as they were delicious. His kitchen was his canvas, and every plate was a masterpiece. Word of his culinary creations spread like wildfire, and soon, the tiny tent was bustling with hungry patrons.


Recognizing the growing demand, Seth made the bold decision to upgrade to a food truck. For a year, this mobile kitchen became his domain, allowing him to bring his tantalizing flavors to more people. As he cooked, he experimented, refined his recipes, and discovered new combinations that would delight his customers.
